I first heard about the rare Myocarditis Disease like I imagine most of the world did during the COVID-19 pandemic. I had no clue about the impact and devastating ramifications this disease has had on people’s lives particularly on young healthy individuals like myself. As someone who has now joined the Foundation, I am deeply passionate about the work being done by the Myocarditis Foundation. This Foundation has had a profound role in advancing research, raising awareness, and supporting those affected by myocarditis. My goal with this Foundation is to contribute as much as I can in helping raise awareness about this disease as well as supporting the families and victims of those affected by it.
