The Myocarditis Foundation 4th Annual Patient, Family and Researcher Meeting will be held again in conjunction with the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) conference on Friday evening September 16th and Saturday September 17th at the Gaylord Palms in sunny Orlando, Florida!
Please set aside those days now as it will prove to be an even better meeting than last year’s event!
What a great venue to spend a few extra days enjoying yourself and family by visiting Disney World and all the other attractions nearby…just minutes away.
I do not have the Hotel arrangements as of yet, but as soon as I do I will share them with you.
