I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be running the 2026 New York City Marathon in support of the Myocarditis Foundation.

 This cause is deeply personal to me. In early 2022, one of my closest friends, Jordan Isaacs, was diagnosed with Myocarditis, a rare and often life-threatening heart condition. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of seeing him fight through the disease, joining him on the final leg of the Sea to Summit triathlon, and supporting him as he completed multiple Ironman races. I couldn’t be prouder to represent him in raising money to support the Foundation.

 Myocarditis affects thousands of adults and children each year and is the third leading cause of sudden death in children and young adults. Yet so many people have never even heard of it until it hits close to home. The Myocarditis Foundation is working to change that, providing resources to researchers, raising awareness, and helping patients and families navigate the disease.

 I’ve set a goal to raise over $5,000 by the Marathon on November 1st. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will directly support the Myocarditis Foundation. Also, if you are in NYC, I hope to see you out there on race day!
