Our 2nd Annual Gala Fundraiser/Awareness Event was held on June 22, 2017, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NYC. Over 400 attendees participated, including family members and survivors of this rare disease known as Myocarditis.
We know that there are many more of you who would have liked to attend, but for one reason or another could not participate. We are posting the video of the Gala for you to share in the excitement and knowledge shared about the disease that night. Speakers included Dr. Leslie Cooper, world renowned Myocarditis Specialist and Dr. DeLisa Fairweather, a Myocarditis Researcher from the Mayo Clinic. We are excited to be embarking on a Myocarditis Specific Bio-Bank, the first in the world, and the donors rose to the occasion and answered the Live Ask, to help us get underway.
