Please read the following memo that is being circulated from Dr. Jeffrey Davis, Chief Medical Officer and State Epidemiologist for Communicable Diseases.
Dr. Cooper shared this with the Myocarditis Foundation and asked that we distribute it widely as requested from Dr. Davis.
This is not to scare anyone, but mainly to ask if you know of someone that has been sick with these symptoms since August 2017 in Wisconsin, to please have the doctor request and complete the reporting form. It is very important that they have to correct information for this study.
