Our 4th Annual Patient, Family and Researcher Meeting has been set for September 16th and 17th at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
We had a very positive meeting last September, with so many of our families joining us from all over the country and even Canada. We look forward to seeing them again, as well as meeting others of you who were not able to join us for one reason or another.
We are again asking for a registration fee to reserve your spot at the meeting, as we are limited to the first 100 attendees.
The fee is $100.00 per person by check, or $105.00 per person by credit card, to cover our fees. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible.
We have a Room Block under THE MYOCARDITIS FOUNDATION.

You apparently can use Marriott Points to book the rooms, but must say that they are going to the MYOCARDITIS FOUNDATION ROOM BLOCK, or we will not get credit towards the rooms that we have reserved.
The rooms are: $215.00 plus a $20.00 resort fee per night.
Remember, there is no need to rent a car or use taxis if you stay at the Gaylord. (I took a taxi from the airport to sample the costs and they are very costly!) There are no other hotels in walking distance.
Please DO NOT MENTION THE HFSA, or the rooms booked will go to their room block and the MF will be liable for more rooms.
